Welcome to 2nd grade!  I am so glad to get to go on this amazing journey together.  You will not believe how much your child will grow this year!  I can't wait to get to know you and your child.

A Little About Me:

This is the beginning of my 20th year teaching.  I taught in Spartanburg District 6 for 10 years and have been at CFG for 10 years!  Time sure flies when you are having fun teaching!  

I received a Bachelor's degree in elementary education for Clemson University (GO TIGERS)!  I also have a masters in early childhood education from Converse College.  I am also National Board Certified.

I have been married to my husband Landon Roberts for 19 years and we have 6 year old triplets who also attend CFG.  There names are Haley, Caroline and Jaycen.  

Some of my Favorites:

For the Classroom: Clorox wipes, pencils, tissues, candy for students

Favorite Restaurants: Chick Fil A, Manny's, Texas Roadhouse, Olive Garden (I'm not very picky.)

Favorite Treats: chocolate & Diet Mtn. Dew

Other Favorites: beach, Clemson, Target, pink, shopping.

Welcome Back 2nd Graders!!

I am so excited you are in my class this year!  I have been teaching at CFG for 9 years and have been an educator for 18 years.  I have always taught 2nd grade and I absolutely LOVE it!  I am also a mom of 5 year old triplets (Haley, Jaycen & Caroline) and wife to Landon Roberts.  My triplets will be starting K5 at CFG this year too!  I am looking for a fun filled year of lots of learning, field trips and other surprises along the way I'm sure!  Please check in on my blog from time to time as new pictures, videos and helpful learning tips will be added.  Again, I look forward to working with you and your child this year!
